Yes. Print your photograph unchanged, or choose an art style and check a free watermarked preview before ordering. Gardens, allotments, greenhouses and small growing spaces are all welcome.

Use the original, full-resolution file. A clear path, favourite border or familiar shed gives the image a focal point. Leave room around the edges for the crop. The upload tool checks which print sizes suit your file.

Yes. Verify your email to try up to three watermarked previews a day. Check your garden layout and details before choosing a result. An art style can alter plants and structures; print the photo as it is when exact detail matters.

Only if you have their permission to have it printed. You confirm this when you upload. A photo of a friend's garden that they sent you to print is fine.

Yes. The garden portrait styles are made by an AI image model from your own photo, and you check a free watermarked preview before ordering. Photo prints keep your photograph as it is, with no AI step.

Every print is made to order. Allow 4 to 9 working days for UK delivery, which is included in the price. You get a tracking link by email when it ships. See delivery and returns.

We have not received confirmed Christmas last-order dates. The usual UK making and delivery window is 4 to 9 working days, but that is not a guarantee of arrival before Christmas. If you want a portrait from your photo, leave time to choose and approve the preview before ordering.

Use the link in your shipping email, or enter your order reference (it starts GK-) on the order tracking page. Lost the reference? It is in your receipt email, or email hello@gardenkept.co.uk with your name and order date.

Yes. Tick "This is a gift" in your basket, then enter their name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel carries no prices or receipt. No message is printed or put in the parcel; your note comes back to you in the confirmation email, ready for a card.

By card through Stripe, with Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. We never see your card details.

Prints from our collection, yes: cancel up to 14 days after delivery and send the print back unused. You pay the return postage and we refund the price, including standard delivery. Prints of your own photo, as it is or as AI art, are made for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. See returns.

Tell us as soon as you can at hello@gardenkept.co.uk with your order reference and a photo. We reprint or refund it at our cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
