Delivery
Every print is made to order. Production takes 2 to 4 working days and delivery adds 2 to 5, so allow 4 to 9 working days in all. Delivery is included in every price, and we deliver to UK addresses only.
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships, and you can check progress any time at order tracking.
Sending it as a gift
Tick "This is a gift" in your basket, then enter the person's name and address as the delivery address at checkout. The parcel carries no prices or receipt. We can't print or enclose a message: the note you write in the basket comes back to you in your order confirmation email, ready to copy into a card.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, tell us as soon as you can at hello@gardenkept.co.uk with your order reference and a photo of the issue. Within 30 days of delivery you can reject it for a full refund; after that you still have your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including a repair or replacement. We'll reprint or refund it at our cost, as set out in our terms.

Change of mind
Prints from our own collection are chosen from a standard range, so you can change your mind. You can cancel at any time from placing your order until 14 days after the day you receive it, without giving a reason. Email hello@gardenkept.co.uk with your order reference. Then send the print back unused and in its original condition within 14 days of telling us. You pay the return postage unless it is faulty. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of getting it back or of receiving proof that you posted it.
Prints made from your photo, as they are or as AI art, are made to your specification, so the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply to them once production starts (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 28(1)(b)). Please check your crop or preview before you pay.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
